No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Everyone is welcome to participate, learn & experience.
Please bring a yoga met (or an extra), if you have one. No worries if you don't have a met, we are bringing a few extras. Wear comfortable clothes (or you can change when you arrive).

Teacher: Alicia Moyer aims to offer yogic practices that will empower students to find their inner teacher and a means for bringing yoga into their everyday lives.
