We are pleased to announce the return of our instructor, Alicia Moyer. Alicia aims to offer yogic practices that will empower students to find their inner teacher and a means for bringing yoga into their everyday lives. She strives to bring creative intelligence to her yoga classes so that students can explore the limits and abilities of their bodies through inquiry and meaningful movement. Alicia believes immense strength can come from vulnerability, humor and acceptance. She is the Director of the Living Yoga Teacher Training at Past Tense and a Lead Teacher for Flow Yoga Center’s Advanced Teacher Training.
