We have had multiple trainings on streamlining our process, working efficiently and being mindful of the costs to our clients. Yet, we continue to hear client complaints about mounting fees as their impatience to finish the process creeps up. Challenges remain to keep team calls crisp and focused, our preparation well organized and our clients well informed about our fees from start to finish.  This program will explore techniques to increase our own, and our clients’ mindfulness about the expense of the Collaborative process and to keep costs down whenever we can.

*The program/dinner fee is $40.  There will be a bar open where members can purchase drinks for an additional cost.
