Elizabeth has exclusively practiced family law for seven years. She began practicing collaborative law because she believes it provides a better framework for families to resolve custody, support, and property issues. The collaborative law process allows families to come up with solutions that are not available in traditional litigation, resulting in clients who can truly have their needs and interests heard and met. Elizabeth handles matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, business valuation, step-parent adoption, premarital agreements, protective orders, and enforcement issues. Her cases have included complex issues such as mental health concerns, domestic abuse, alcohol and drug addiction, parental alienation, financial tracing, and unilateral dissipation of assets.
