I help clients with family law issues reach solutions in a respectful and productive manner that enables the family members to address their needs, construct an out of court settlement, and move forward with their lives. The goal is a creative and quality resolution with minimal emotional cost to the family members. I bring to my clients the following value: more control over the process and outcome, flexibility in settlement options, efficient use of professional resources, focus on financial security and the best interests of the children, and better long term relationships for clients, their children, and extended family members. Services provided are Collaborative Practice, Mediation and Representation in Negotiation.
