DCACP is heading into its 20th year, and we’re rich in collective wisdom and warm collegial relationships. Yet we still have room to grow — by welcoming new professionals into our fold and by deepening the connections between long-standing and newer members alike. This year, we’re setting our sights on building even stronger, more vibrant relationships across our entire practice group. The more profound our connections, the more effective and fulfilled we’ll be — both in our teams and in our community.

September’s kickoff program launches this year-long focus. Many of our programs this year will offer members opportunities to laugh while learning – through interactive exercises as well as content that attends to the goal of creating strong Collaborative teams and heartfelt connection. This program will begin our work on expanding trust between all of us while reminding us of our common goals – and of our wish for friendship and comradeship within our whole D.C. Collaborative community. By evening’s end, our hope is that everyone leaves with a lively warmth about the night’s experience — and a renewed excitement for the year of growing, learning, and laughing together.
