Marc A. Isaacs represents clients in all aspects of family law in D.C. and Maryland, including complex marital dissolution actions, spousal support, high conflict custody matters, child support, paternity, pre/post nuptial agreements, and non-marital cohabitation cases.

Marc excels at understanding the needs and interests of his clients along with identifying creative solutions that work best for them and their families. As a trained mediator and collaborative divorce attorney, Marc brings his philosophy and experience of finding common ground to challenging circumstances and areas of conflict. Additionally, Marc’s time in the courtroom as a trial attorney has helped him understand the financial and emotional costs of litigation and the powerful options available to families that work together to reach an out-of-court settlement.
