The Paradigm Shift: You know it when you see it.

Justice Potter Stewart once struggled to accurately describe pornography, and giving up, proclaimed that “I know it when I see it.” Likewise, the Paradigm Shift can be hard to define. But we are quick to recognize when we don’t see it (in others, that is)! Elusive though a definition may be, the Paradigm Shift may just be the thing that distinguishes a masterful Collaborative professional. This program will delve into a deep understanding of just what is the paradigm shift and, importantly, how do we successfully make that shift – in our heads, in our hearts and in our practice.
