This interactive program will explore the essential role of trust in creating strong Collaborative divorce teams. Using Brené Brown’s BRAVING framework as a guide--and drawing on engaging TEDx and podcast snippets—we will examine how clear boundaries, accountability, reliability, integrity, and generosity foster the trust needed for effective teamwork. Through discussion, reflection and experiential activities, we will learn practical tools for strengthening team dynamics and delivering better outcomes for clients.
